Mauve Carbonell appointed President of the Tethys Consortium
On the occasion of the 2020 General Assembly of the Téthys Consortium of Euro-Mediterranean Universities, Eric Berton, President of Aix-Marseille University, appointed Mauve Carbonell President of the Consortium in accordance with the statutes. Eric Berton also warmly thanked Mr. Michel Autric for his commitment to the service of the network as President since 2016 and before as Director.

Tethys Network - Virtual General Assembly - 5th of October 2020
Following the evolution of the health situation related to COVID-19 and the cancellation of the General Assembly initially planned in April, we are delighted to welcome you to our rescheduled virtual General Assembly which will take place on the 5th of October 2020.
It is important for us to hold a 2020 edition of the General Assembly in order to celebrate the network’s 20 years anniversary.

CIVIS - Webinar - The contribution of Cultural Heritage to sustainable development in the MENA area
In the context of CIVIS WP5, Università Sapienza di Roma is organizing the webinar "The contribution of Cultural Heritage to sustainable development in the MENA area", which will be held on October 1st from 9.00 to 12.30.
The webinar will discuss strategies toward the preservation and promotion of Cultural Heritage in the MENA area in a situation of political crisis likely to be made worse by the present COVID19 emergency.

IMéRA: Calls for application for scientific and artists residence between September 2021 and July 2022
IMéRA is the Institute for Advanced Study of Aix-Marseille University.
Each year it hosts about thirty scientists and artists from all disciplines (residents), selected after an evaluation procedure with the most stringent international standards, shortlisting of applications and external evaluators.
The 2021-2022 calls for residency are structured in line with three programme : Art, Science and Society, Global Phenomena and Regulation, and Mediterranean.
