What if gender equality became a concrete lever for transformation in your university or department? This is the ambition of the WE4LEADproject , Women's Empowerment For Leadership and Equity in Higher Education Institutions, developed within the Téthys network and implemented since 2023 in 9 universities in 6 countries on both sides of the Mediterranean. Funded by the Erasmus+ CBHE program, WE4LEAD aims to promote women's access to positions of responsibility and support institutions towards fairer, more inclusive and more effective governance.
A MOOC based on field experience
Drawing on three years of convincing results, the teaching and research teams of the partner universities (Aix-Marseille Université, Université Libanaise, Université Antonine, Université Tunis El Manar, Université de Sousse, Université Constantine 1, Université Constantine 3, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Sapienza Università di Roma), with the support of RESUFF, have designed an original MOOC to share their methodology and tools.

Advice on collecting and analyzing gendered data and calculating indices and indicators
Support in drawing up and monitoring a gender equality plan
Keys to gender-stereotype-free recruitment
Support in setting up sexual harassment hotlines
A clear objective: to move from good intentions to measurable action within your establishment or organization.
