+RESILIENT Project : Co-design workshop with Marseille local actors

A key step of the +RESILIENT "Mediterranean Open Resources for Social innovation of Socially Responsive Enterprises" project took place on the 3rd of September at the UrbanProd association’s offices in Marseille.

Aix-Marseille University, the Cité de l'Agriculture and UrbanProd have worked together to map the offer of food, the uses and food consumption habits of Marseille’s inhabitants in order to better forecast their needs. The co-creation workshop of the 3rd of September brought together some twenty local stakeholders to explore new solutions to encourage healthy and sustainably-oriented food practices.

This workshop was the first step towards defining the pilot action dedicated to Marseille’s territory.

The stakeholders participated in defining profiles of consumers and their consumption to visualise the overall food landscape in the 14th and 15th districts of Marseille. The purpose intended was to experiment a scaling up action so that the pilot action benefits the whole consortium.
