EuNIT Project - Cooperation training sessions

After the Kick Off Meeting held in Marseille on January 2017 and the observation period carried out in the different partner universities in February, the EuNIT project reached a new milestone : the first cooperation training sessions have been held in April and May 2017.

The 24 selected trainers from Jordan, Lebanese and Libyan universities have participated in the training delivered by University of Barcelona, Nice and Santiago de Compostella.

Over three days, those trainings were the opportunity for participants to have an overview of the theoretical and technical framework of Erasmus+ Programme, its political priorities for Euro-Med region and the tools commonly used in European project management, such as logical framework matrix, workpackage or accounting rules.

In order to broaden the perspective of internationalization of the future units dedicated to European project design within partner universities, the trainings also approach the new cooperation programmes developed in the Mediterranean area : European Neighborhood Policy Instrument (ENI CBC MED) and Cross Border Cooperation programmes (CBC). In a near future, it will represent promising outlet.

Last but not least, participants had the opportunity to put into practice their theoretical training working on a project design.

Because the EuNIT project wants to be innovative, those training sessions have been recorded and will serve as raw material to edit MOOCS that will be uploaded online : this will help supporting the training of a greater number of project designers and managers on the Eastern and Southern shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
