The first two days take place at the headquarters of the Union for the Mediterranean, Palau de Pedralbes, in Barcelona. The third day takes place in the historic building of the University of Barcelona.
This Téthys General Assembly hosts the closing conference of the Women Leading Change project and will be followed by the launch of the UfM Regional Platform on Women’s Empowerment.
Discussions will focus on:
• the activities of the Téthys network;
• the welcoming of new universities into the network;
• ongoing projects, with a strong focus on education about the consequences of climate change and on gender equality.
We warmly thank the Union for the Mediterranean and the University of Barcelona for hosting us.
